Our Story
Welcome to the wedding website of Michelle and Jason!
Our story began in the small town of Le Sueur, at Froggy's liquor store. As odd of a beginning as it sounds, it worked out well for the cashier and liquor sales rep. After getting to know each other little by little, visit after visit, Michelle finally agreed to the offer of a date. That first date was a whirlwind of adventure, starting with laser tag, then moving on to dinner, enjoying a movie, and ending with Insomnia cookies.
The adventure hasn't slowed down since, with multiple job changes and a couple moves before we were able to settle down together. We bought a house in 2021 and adopted our feather babies Hazel and Merlin. In 2022 we took a trip out West to Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Glacier National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Wind Caves National Park, Badlands National Park, and Custer National Forest. Glacier is where Jason proposed and Michelle said "YES!" with the beautiful mountains in the background.
Now, just shy of 10 years together, we are getting married and can't wait for you to join us in celebration.
